Each line of the table contains information on one speaker, consisting
of 13 fields separated by commas.  The fields are as follows:

1. Speaker Id	4 digits	As used in file and speaker directory names

2. Partition	one of: TST,	Locates speaker with respect to cdrom and
		TR1,TR2,TR3 	training vs. test sets

3. Prompt Id	5 digits	Identifies prompt sheet given to caller
				(See final report)

4. Gender	one of: M,F

5. Age		single digit	1 - < 45    3 - 60+
				2 - 45-59   0 - Unknown

6. State	2-letter abbrev of state from which the call originated, or 
		UNK (unknown)

7. Country	Name of country, or
   of origin	UNK (unknown), or
		SWUS (Southwestern United States; a priori classification.
		           See final report for explanation)

8. City of	UNK (unknown) or
   origin	name of city or cities. See final report for details.

9. Education	single digit	1 - < $20K/yr  3 - 45-75    0 - Unknown
